Positive: A very quiet and peaceful location in the mountains outside of Berkeley Springs, WV. The cabin was clean and came supplied with kitchen equipment and clean sheets and towels. I loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire pit at night. Kayaks and life jackets were also provided for use on the nearby river. The host was very welcoming and responsive to messages leading up to my stay at the cabin. Negative: Minimal to no cell service in the area, so I would have liked to have Wi-Fi available in the cabin. The local roads to the cabin were in fair/poor condition. Note: both of these issues were disclosed to me by the host prior to my stay.

Great place, great location, very clean and well maintained. Exactly what I expected. Be sure to inquire about check in and check out times before you pay, as we were told we could pay extra for late check out once we booked, as well as other more common and obvious rules.

We had an amazing time. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one could want. We had 2 small kids and they absolutely loved the swings! The mattresses were very comfortable! The screened porch was a huge plus! The shaded pool table and seating area allowed us to eat meals outside and enjoy a game of pool! The water access was also nice! Recommend bringing water shoes! There is a keurig coffee maker (so plan accordingly) and charcoal grill! The owner and property manager were extremely friendly and responsive to all of our needs! Restaurants and shopping were only a short drive away! Neighbors were not seen much and very quiet. Beautiful cabin retreat! We will definitely be back!

The view was beautiful, its very secluded but had a nice artsy town just 30 minutes down the mountain. The cabin was cozy and had the basic amenities needed for going off the grid and staying in.

Great space tucked away for a private get away while still being a 20-30 minute drive from restaurants, hot spring, hiking and parks. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating responsive host - a great stay!

Had a very nice trip going here. The cabin is in a nice and quiet remote location in a nice community. The road going up to the house was pretty cool. Once I got to the house, check in was extremely easy. All appliances and things needed to eat or get washed up were set up perfectly for us, and we overall had a really great time. Tony was an excellent host and made everything very easy for us. The house manual that he created was extremely useful and I was able to pinpoint everything I needed easily for checkout. The grill and outdoor section was very nice as well.

This was a great weekend cabin getaway location. There ended up being 6 of us stay and our dog and we had plenty of room and the cabin was very clean. The location is very peaceful and the outdoor fire pit was great. Tony was very informative of the things to do in the area and we had a overall great experience.

Remarkable views in a secluded location. Despite being secluded, very easy to find and also get into. Perfect place for a getaway, and easy to maximize the value of the home. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, grill, wonderful views, and more!! And Tony was incredibly communicative, responsive, and kind. Would be excited to stay again.

Tony's cabin was truly an oasis of peace and quiet. The only sounds were the wind in the treetops, the crackling of the fireI had laid in, and the subtle hum of the hot tub pump. Truly, sitting in the hot tub with my wife and watching far-off lightning reflect up into the clouds while watching the stars overhead was incredibly relaxing. Thanks Tony!!

Our experience with Tony far exceeded this 5 star rating! Starting with a payment issue, that was in no way related to him but he still helped us figure it out. He was in communication throughout check in and check out and even offered helpful suggestions for dinner options. The cabin was also beautiful and very clean. It was everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing anniversary weekend!

Beautiful peaceful cabin right next to a wildlife management area along mountain ridge. Private hot tub under the back porch was awesome on a rainy day. Cabin had all the basic immenities of modern life in a quiet corner of woods. We enjoyed looking into trees from the living room. Cozy and wonderful for relaxing with nature! Hiking trails are nearby with short drive or long walk. We hiked on tuscarora trail and to devil's nose- both nice hikes with great views near cabin. There are a couple places to order food within 15 min drive and 30 min drive away is groceries and more food- enjoyed food from Clubhouse Grill and Pub at The Woods golf course 13 minutes drive away- was good food but enjoyed coming back to the quiet cabin. There are utensils and pots and pans, but bring spices and food for cooking. We didnt see the address # right away in the dark & google maps took us to the neighbors house but we realized to go next door where red trash cans have a platform next to driveway

Was a lovely place for a long weekend getaway. Had such a nice time grilling, enjoying the hot tub, made s’mores at the fire pit and were minutes away from Cacapon Resort State Park, which was beautiful and fun to visit - with lots of trail options and a drive up vista view (4wd vehicle recommended).

We had a wonderful time! The cabin had was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and spacious! We felt right at home. There are walking trails and a creek on the property and hiking closeby. Tony is a great host and very responsive! We cant wait to go back!

Tony’s place was beautiful! It was easy to find, google maps took us straight to it. The house was really clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need (pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff for the grill). The hot tub was really easy to open and turn on, Tony provided all the instructions necessary to make it happen. I had a short trip but it was definitely worth it!

Positive: Cabin is awesome, beautiful location and comfortable. Negative: My friend and I agreed the 10am checkout time almost undid all the relaxing. So difficult to enjoy a morning when we are so rushed to be out the door so early.
